Call Completions: $5ea for as long as possible, then $10ea once concerns are shared about actual earnings vs. advertised OTE (track completions & actual earnings daily).
Commission: A $15k R&D close pays out $1-3K & a 12mo. contract pays out 4-25% of monthly revenue (varies by comp. model).
Benefits: Promised 03/2024; crickets. CEO posts about benefits being a scam on LI, so...
Call Lists: Client lists are exhausted quickly & often not replenished efficiently. Apex lists remain in a "working on it" phase, so prepare to call randomized targets & listen to VM's. Old data will be recycled & repackaged as "new data flowing in" to mitigate financial liabilities.

Interview Q's: Quarterly since 2023, total R&D closes per VP/AE? Of those, how many signed a 12mo. & stayed past 90 days? Share proof? Willing to bullet point guarantee all promises/commitments in offer letter?
