I work specifically with the Radford division within HCS. Initially was sold on the position due to 100% of reps hitting quota the previous year. They ended up over hiring and now as the top rep on the team I see no chance that I’ll be hitting quota. We’ve been set up to fail. Nobody is happy. We were promised one commission structure and after renewals were completed in Q1 we were given something entirely different. We didn’t even know what our commission percentages were going to be until after we sold everything. Long and short of it is that Aon over promised and grossly under delivered. Leads used to be plentiful but are sparse. Leadership refuses to invest in legitimate prospecting tools. Everybody is earning at least $30k under OTE and we’re not happy about it. This is a massive company. How and why is our division being run like a startup?
