This is a good opportunity to sell a wide variety of products to a diverse set of customers with decent training opportunities. The base pay is decent, but the commission/bonus plan changes annually with the goal of reducing rep payouts.

Great time working at Wesco Anixter, great people all around, everyone is there to help one another, and the culture is excellent. Leadership is there to help you grow and stay in the company, many people there for very long in their careers, slow but steady growth.
