Overall, this is a good starting sales position but the base pay is low and getting to commission pay out can take a long time.

If you need experience out of college to start a sales career - not the worst place to land. But all in all, just a run of the mill brokerage. Not my favorite employer.

Challenging market put the company in a position to make some very difficult changes to our asset fleet. Shrinking fleet paired with a rapidly changing service area made selling consistent capacity a real tough sell.
