My overall experience at Andela is good, due to high salaries and high OTEs. If you are keen to do your best they will provide you with the necessary tools to help you achieve your goals if you are based in the US. For the EMEA sales team, I felt like we were overlooked and put on the same standards as the US, even when our markets differ to a great extent.

Startup that had unrealistic sales quotas. My quota was not revenue-based, it was based on new logos. My quota was 2 new clients each quarter. The problem was, I was focused on Fortune 500 logos so, trying to sell an "IT staffing solution" to large enterprises with mature contingent labor management programs was extremely difficult.

My overall experience was sub par. Leadership was scrambling to figure out a strategy with nothing they’ve tried working. Quota was unattainable and NO ONE made quota.
