My overall experience was challenging. The company was an established name in the industry with a smart, diverse leadership team. Our division was used to doing business like it always had and their conservative approach to supporting the folks in the field with tools / tech was as a bit too slow for my taste. The role was not a good fit.

As a travel consultant, the compensation is horrible. Even if you exceed your goals plus year end review increases, the total comp is low.
