Limited growth potential for most new employees beyond the Sales Manager role. Business is under pressure from multiple angles. Disconnect between executive leadership and the sales force. Great PTO policy, student loan reimbursement plan and Maternity/Paternity leave plan.

Minimal opportunity to advance in a declining industry. Incentive compensation is minimal given the scope and ask of any given role. DPS is adequate and keeps a lot of employees at the company.

Great company to start for, little upward mobility out of starting sales role (sales manager). There are generally less than 10 openings yearly for the next level up with a massive backlog of applicants.
