The work is pretty straight forward and interesting with the state of the industry. However, it’s very difficult to promote from the sales manager position. It’s very competitive with many high performers and little opportunities available. The incentive pay is also lacking to exceed expectations as its bonus based and doesn’t move the needle to put in extra effort....Read More
