"Well done for extracting that much revenue from your territory and building pipeline for next year. Your not getting any new account to work on and we're taking that 6 figure deal for Q2 and giving it to a US rep".... Ahh great, Thanks I'm off! Leadership has changed since I was there, and I know for sure one Enterprise Sales Leader Nigel is a great chap. However I found many other leaders and cross functions to be toxic. It was a mental battle to work there. Positives, their marketing spend is good, some of the newer leaders are much better and the brand is well established.

Good place to start and entry level role in sales. Still questionable about upward mobility and internal promotion. Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Overall, good company to work for.
