No clear direction or leadership. No consistent underwriting methodology. Renewal processes is cumbersome and inconsistent with market trends. Sales process is also confusing and inconsistent.

Intelligent leadership finding an innovative solution, the people who are successful are individuals, and you have to work your tail off to hit quota. You have unlimited opportunity, but you have to create your own leads. On renewal side, it has to make sense. Good growth potential, just don’t be lazy lol. It’s a sales org. Not a daycare where you get fed.
