I enjoyed the employees and the smaller working environment with about 250 employees. Turnover was high with the sales directors and the Account Executives. They routinely let people go after the end of each quarter. These moves were barely announced and you wouldn't learn that someone was gone for days to weeks. They monitor everything that you do including recordings of all of your calls and email chains.
