Worst sales culture I have experienced in my career because it's non-existent. Product market fit is tough to understand. Airtable tries to be all things for everyone which makes it nothing to anyone. The data is great, you can count on Dashboards are up-to-date and accurate. Be prepared to not know your quota until midway through the quarter. You won't really know what your shooting for.
