(Preparis Side) Run don't walk away from this leadership cesspool. There is no room to learn from failure while management has no clue how to succeed in today's market via cold call. All they care about is their dashboards but have no actual idea what that data represents. You are just a number. The entirety of the SDR team either quit or was forcefully removed. That speaks volumes. I don't miss this place at all.

Overall experience was negative. Poor base, lack of culture and leadership.
