Absolutely loved it there...then the COO and true MVP of the company departed for family reasons and seemingly everything went downhill. Was unfortunate to see as an avid believer in the product and company as a whole. Incredible with DEI efforts, no doubt. Perhaps had sights set too high on employee well-being to the point where costs were far too high and had to run multiple RIFs. Hope they figure it out but it felt extremely bleak in my last few months.

Decent. Too much change makes it hard to convert. Our comp plan changed constantly and the company does not promote SDRs even though they say they do.
