It's been a good experience in working with AP. There's good career development and earning potential. There's a decent learning curve, so it's not for everyone, but diligence there are AEs who doing well and exceeding quota. It helps that we are selling a much needed service and for a market leader. I would highly recommend.

company has a decent base salary and a great bonus structure but problem is that no one except the sales managers (2) even come close to hitting bonus - lead distribution is completely unfair and the whole system is designed to make the managers a lot of money and every else is struggling to get by and try to not get fired.

It was a great fit at the beginning. I learned a lot and had a great team. The comp and % of reps hitting quota started to slip and at that time I was recruited with a new opportunity and left. AdPurp is a great group of people and have nothing bad to say about the company.
