Former Employee3.3Feb 26, 2025Support from leadership is nonexistent unless you are part of "The Club", support had high turn over which resulted in a smaller then needed team and lead to client issues that caused sales to take a hit. Operations and Legal team are extremely slow to provide responses which delays sales and preferential treatment is given to certain members of the team.
