Overall my experience has been eye-opening and positive. I appreciate the opportunity to move into this role from my previous Support role. Starting with a very small team, we were privileged to build our subculture. Now that I have notable experience and am aware of the median compensation, I am ready to move on to a company that can not only appreciate contributions but also afford to fairly compensate me for it.

Unfortunately, the culture has continued on a downward spiral and morale across the org with upset customers and mass layoffs is having a negative impact on the teams. Pay can be good, but our structures are always changing and it is harder and hard to achieve quota.

By far the worst sales organization I’ve ever worked in.
