When starting this role was great. They get you with the solid base. Unfortunately leadership is primarily people who have never had another job in their careers. They allow people cherry picking across territories. Also went 100% back to in office and lost A LOT of strong sellers due to these changes.

If you work hard you can make decent money for a straight out of school, entry level sales role as a recruiter/account manager.
