It is a very collaborative culture. They practise what they preach and recognize their employees. The CEO is a great leader and truly sets the tone for the organization.

Overall expense got worse as time went on. Toxic culture, unrealistic quotas and niche industry that is getting very saturated with competitors.

Achievers has been my first SDR gig and corporate job. So far, it feels like working in a Disney high school, where everyone gets celebrated for big or small wins. I really do like it, but sometimes I wished it was less social - the kitchen feels like a bougie high school cafeteria. Overall, fantastic people, leadership, culture, and most people hit their quota.
