A whole bunch of "CALs" (Client Account Leads) selling our proposition, without always knowing what's required to resource and deliver a project, causing a lot of attrition and conflict at handover (from pre to post sales).

Without a strong network, it's hard to make a dent in established accounts where the executive relationships are already captured by long-term team members.
