Great company to work for. Great energy but it’s not for people who don’t like to hunt.

I don't disagree. We have to hunt to survive. I do think we are growing positions and departments that cater to people that aren't the best hunters, but are the best in other areas. I think this is exciting. Don't get me wrong. I love to hunt. ha. Thank you for taking your time to leave this review.

Good experience - training isn’t the best so it’s important to be a quick learner. Leadership and culture is amazing. The compensation was amazing at first but it’s changed drastically since 2020

I am bummed that you are disappointed in our training. We have made some adjustments and I think our future plans are strong. If there is something you personally feel is missing for you or for others, I would love to hear it. If it is something we don't have, I would be willing to investigate a way to invest in outside training resources to give you what you need to be successful. The compensation comment gets me right in the heart. I hope I can change your mind with our 25 plans because we are paying more than we ever have in compensation, base and variable. I am open to your feedback on this topic as well. Thank you for the review.
