Great benefits and great opportunity if you had previous experience selling solar somewhere else. The only real training they give is product knowledge, most sales managers never sell and have zero leadership skills.

I was working for an ADT distributor doing door to door sales. The work was extremely brutal to even make basic sales. The absolute worst sales model is knocking doors. I didn't know that then, but I certainly learned. Pay was good for each sale, it was getting the sales and meeting goals that was the problem. Don't bother knocking doors for any product like this...Read More

I am still pretty new in my role. There is uncapped commission and most individuals will make at least 60000 per year.
