Current Employee I work in Comprehensive Services which is an HR Managed Services solution where we weave in a team of HR specialists with our HRIS technology. Very similar to a PEO but without the lines of insurances or co-employment.
This is a field role where you generate your leads via self gen and working with internal partners. It’s a very challenging product to sell because it is 4x the cost of a typical HRIS solution. You have to be skilled at gap selling and identifying cost offsets to justify the value of the product.
