Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Private Equity owned. ARR is top priority period. This is a company growing through acquisition only (with eight completed in the last 24-36 months) vs organically. Tough sell on the core product with all the new shiny ball acquisitions and this weighs heavy on the sales teams with many new solution additions on-board to learning with little to no product training support. Marketing is limited to social splashes vs driving more sales leads with demand generation initiatives & programs that drive the revenue needle. While the products team with very limited resources get sucked up quickly & often. This leaves many sales reps trying their best to be "complex product solution experts" to describe & demo lackluster customer presentations - every customer has unique requests/needs. Is there potential? Yes. But it will take a more focused effort from the SLT to right the ship. Good people, poor vision/plan with no sense of urgency...be cautious. Browse Other Reviews
