If you are looking to make big commission checks, this is not the place for you. It’s pretty stable and there are incentives for commission, but they are hard to achieve and the base salary is low for a senior level enterprise seller. Their management team including the CEO are out of touch with the employees and there are too many cooks in the kitchen. They also will “eliminate positions“ on a whim so you can get let go without notice even when you are doing a great job.

Very high turnover - especially in sales leadership roles. Everyone was remote now mandatory in-office 4 days/week as if that is going to solve their failing product.
