ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Solution Sales to lead a high performing team of Solution Sales Specialists in our growing Creator Workflows team in EMEA North. After a stellar 2024, Creator Workflows is the market leading business unit driving growth in our low-code, custom built and process automation solutions.
As the Director, Solution Sales for our Creator Workflows business unit, you will be responsible for the go to market of the solution, managing a small but mighty team of highly motivated and high-performing Solution Sales Specialists.
Measure of success in the role
Drive the Creator Workflows business in your territory and exceed quota, Lead by Example and build a trust relationship with your team and other teams you work with, maintain high retention & development of key employees on your team, enable the team to have a major impact our defined accounts and industry targets, be recognized as a strong leader by your supervisors, peers, direct line reports and across the organization.

Build a close cooperation with Platform Solution Consulting (pre-sales) to collaboratively meet the needs of account sales teams Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
Meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with our customers.
Consult with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and pain points, and evangelize the business value of solution development on the Now Platform.
Develop and sell innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional digital consulting team in a fast-paced highly competitive market.
Understand the needs of the regional account sales organization, and develop plans to ensure outstanding support of those needs.
Work with regional sales leaders to prioritise regional Platform Specialist Solution Sales efforts
Help develop and enable the wider sales organization and partners
Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands
Hire talented sales specialists in line with planned headcount growth.
Develop team members & leaders according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals
Drive best practices in sharing across organizations to enhance the quality and efficiency
Interact with the wider ServiceNow community as a thought leader on innovative ways to leverage the Now Platform and products
Work closely with Product Management on upcoming releases and provide feedback from customer interaction together with your Solution Consultants
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Extensive track record of new business sales success (over 10 years) including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level
- Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team, demonstrating over 5 years frontline leadership experience in a complex matrix organisation
- Experience leading cross-regional teams
- Experience selling within the low-code, app-dev, DevOps, API and RPA domain
- Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- Ownership of accurate CRM reports including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around digital transformation
- Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships, internally and with customers
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen
- Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement
- Champions and promotes top performers, constantly develops and coaches the team and themselves, and topgrades appropriately
- Proven partner relationships and networks, and ability to grow the impact of revenue streams and territory development through the partner ecosystem
- Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or the partner community
- fluent in English and the ability to travel across the EMEA North region
