As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business ARR and accelerate our enterprise growth. You’ll shape the future of our sales organization by developing top talent, optimizing performance, and fostering a results-driven culture of excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in capturing market share and scaling our success.
Salary: $270,000 - $300,000 OTE at plan. If you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.

What You'll Do
- Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier AEs across the country (we’re fully remote!)
- Ramp new hires in partnership with Sales Enablement through onboarding, role plays, and knowledge checks
- Provide daily support and 1:1 coaching to AEs—empowering them with tools, feedback, and mentorship
- Guide AEs through complex deals, offering strategic insights and tactical support
- Develop mastery across core sales skills including qualification, discovery, MEDDIC, forecasting, and closing
- Drive team performance to consistently hit new business ARR targets
- Identify and recommend improvements to drive process efficiency and KPI performance
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health, ensuring consistent execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategy and drive results
- Represent the team both internally and externally, including occasional travel to customer onsites
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and excellence
Must Have:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise AE experience
- 3+ years leading and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams
- Strong Salesforce/CRM knowledge
- Passion for hiring and building top-performing sales teams
- Executive presence and ability to communicate contractual, technical, and financial value to C-level stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaborator with a track record of driving meaningful improvements to process and performance
- Willingness to travel as needed for key customer meetings
