The Role
Accord is looking to hire a senior seller to drive execution excellence when it comes to partnering with the world’s top revenue orgs!
Reporting directly to CEO/Founder (Ross Rich), you’ll be responsible for winning transformative deals, iterating on our playbook, and hitting our pipeline + sales targets.

You will
- Win first-of-a-kind deals for Accord, managing a full-cycle sales process
- Generate new business from prospecting (via Email, Onsites, Events, LinkedIn, etc)
- Build relationships with strategic partners
- Iterate on our playbook for identifying, closing, and delivering outcomes to customers
- Care deeply about the prospects + clients you work with
- Elevate your craft to become a 10/10 sales professional
What You’ll Bring
Accord is looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, growth-minded sales professional.
With strong business acumen and resourcefulness, you’ll help define the culture of our growing revenue org. You’ll be equally driven by a customer-centric mentality, and a desire to hit growing targets in creative ways.
Who We're Looking For
- A passion for up-leveling the craft of sales
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to source via outbound & events
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal & written
- Confidence + competence when selling to VP/C-suite execs
- Formal Sales Training: Sandler, Force, Challenger, MEDDIC, Miller Hieman, etc
Other nice-to-haves
- Experience selling to GTM executives (Sales, RevOps, Enablement, CS, etc)
- Thrive in fast-paced environments & can iterate quickly on strategy/tactics
- Startup experience
