What you’ll do:

  • Project Management and operational partner
  • Project manage feasibility and onboarding processes to ensure the best expectations are set and the customer is set up for success
  • Recommend and coach partners on successful marketing tactics to position their business to thrive in the CloudKitchens environment
  • Analyze data and presents insights to customers to help them improve their operations
  • Travel to attend customer launches and other on-site facility activities
  • Issue Resolution + facility support 
  • Influence regional facility and operations leaders to execute best front-line efforts to support enterprise customers
  • Autonomously solve technology/ digital issues, physical kitchen issues, and facility operations issues by working with relevant stakeholders or resolving the issue directly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. finance, growth, product etc.) to ensure customer feedback is represented to inspire lasting, cross-functional solutions
  • Navigate billing and collections processes with customers and ensure invoices are correct and paid on time
  • Product & Operational Expertise
  • Understand customer technical requirements (APIs, POS systems, and other software) and implications for operational workflows and integrations within our customer facilities
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and project manage integrations
  • Negotiation & Contracts
  • Work with legal teams on contractual negotiations, terminations, and renewals
  • Manage strategic expansion of accounts, presenting best growth strategies to optimize opportunities for our customers 

What we are looking for: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer operations -- directly owning customer relationships with a track record of success
  • Analytical thinking (basic sheets + data analysis e.g. lookups, conditional formulas, table arrays) 
  • Strong verbal + written communication skills
  • Intuitive understanding of restaurant + hospitality operations and franchise ecosystem
