Disappointing, the VMware executive leadership are lacklustre and more focussed on personal gain than the long-term well being of the staff who have helped them earn so handsomely over the past few years.

FY24 was a transitioned year post-acquisition and 100% OTE was paid out to everyone — if you survived 3 rounds of layoffs.
