I think Turnitin has ridden the wave for too long, currenr CRO is a nice guy and doesnt want to do anything too hard that rocks the boat. A lot of the internal departmenrs are hopeless A lot of these problems come from the ceo who is not hands on

Culture is on the decline, management is clueless and lie through their teeth at every turn, yearly layoffs, and increased healthcare cost. Don’t come here.
