Back to ReviewsFormer Employee You can make a lot of money here during the busy season (AEP) but call center / sweatshop, work 7 days a week 12+ hours day sometimes 16 hrs a day, nonstop on the phone with only 2 breaks (15 mins each) & 30 minute lunch that is timed and unpaid. You’ll get migraines from your headset listening to ringing all day.
The management here is DISGUSTING (all uneducated) I have witnessed them bully people & constantly change the compensation plan
If you are desperate for money try it but know this is not a long-term place to work- you’ll go insane.
Sr leadership are all middle aged miserable white men (most who are balding or already bald if that tells you anything)
They promote based off of nepotism.
To do well here, you must drink the kook-aid and I mean really drink it, because your job will depend on it.
Ps - I was a top performer here and the money was not good enough for me to stay to put up with the environment and crazy rules (timed bathroom breaks out of my 2 breaks a day 15 mins each) can’t even pee in peace
