TalentNeuron is run by the PE company that purchased it from Gartner and their actions demonstration that they care neither about the employees or the actual success of the business. Poor decision after poor decision has put client relationships in jeopardy as well as made workdays complicated and tedious. The CEO regularly comes off as callous and out of touch with both the reality of the product and the reality of the current cultural climate. Goals have not been and won't be hit and don't seem based on past performance or current economic and competitive conditions.

Gartner divested TalentNeuron in February of 2023. Since then, the company culture has declined, as there are many growing pains.

I have worked here for 7 years, and I used to love this company. However, when it was sold to PE, leadership has made this a sinking ship
