Current Employee Awesome company with great people and leadership. Culture is also solid.
You can definitely find better commission plans and compensation elsewhere but you won't find the trust and high-performance culture you get here easily. The industry is plagued by revolving doors, you can see at Talent that people actually stay and their performance increases over time. You come here for the long game!
With all that being said, if you are a top 1-5% performer, the money here is still life-changing!
