I was saddened a reality. I love everyone. CEO looked friendly on marketing videos and was awful. I don't know how he has that role. Very senior group. Lots over 55. Perform yesterday or GTFO yesterday. That's why 2 reps perform and it's a revolving door. To be fair I think I joined at a weird time, but 80% leave or get fired abnormally early. Just awful humans. Bad enablement. I'm very generous and easy with praise and this was shockingly bad. I wish I stayed at my last company. They are lost just everywhere.
