It was fun, commission/bonus structure needs improvement. If you are in a chokehold this is a good company to go to for a good amount of time.

Corporate take over and employees were not important. They say all the right things, but do the opposite. In order to make budgets Sunbelt didn't get better to beat competition. They cut salaries and commissions to make their profit.
