Very disorganized and extreme lack of sales understanding from higher ups. Senior management thinks that a 50 percent connection rate when cold prospecting is the normal.

Would be a insult to the dumpster to call this place a dumpster fire. SR management still think sending paper flyers is a good thing . No real go to market process. You are just a glorified telemarketer that has no control.
