In the service provider business Solcom is truly a gem. Great culture and a fair und good compensation structure. Yet the lack inbound and putting importance in creating intel on interesting prospects and the lack of use of technology is pretty outdated in my opinion and could greatly improve the experience as a sales rep.

Ok. The atmosphere was always friendly, thanks to my humorous colleagues. Moreover, the sales training we received was highly effective and helpful. All in all, a positive experience.
