Current Employee4.7May 3, 2024Very good experience. Small company so many changes with development and trainings
Current Employee2.3Nov 26, 2024Complete disorganization and poor leadership. Would never recommend this company to a friend. Leaders are cocky, micromanagers, and know it alls, as other reviews say, this is beyond typical start up chaos and just a toxic environment.

Former Employee3.7Dec 4, 2024Team is very strong and compensation good. Attainment was variable when I was there because it was early stages, but I think things have really picked up on the lead front. It's vertical SaaS in a dusty industry, so that's difficult no matter what. Worth a strong look so long as you're self-sufficient and down with the grind required at the earlier stages.

Former Employee2.9Sep 2, 2024While I was there, it was complete instability in the sales org. This is beyond the standard start up chaos and may have changed now with consistent leadership having been there. Low comp and monthly quotas, with little room to have a down month, even in seasonal/industry down times or strong pipeline to prove the quarterly/yearly target will be met.
