SEON is a good brand. They had fantastic leadership from year 2020 until 2022. After that year it was all downhill. They cut half of the company, hired big names for leadership, didn’t work, and restructured their compensation plan three times in a span of two years. They are not a diverse company and their inclusion comes at a cost of being called names and treated a way no one would classify as healthy. Their lack of character and mindset of “no one is better than us” has clouded their pathway to what could have been one of the best cybersecurity companies in the US .

Very strong product market fit and good leadership team. EU company moving aggressively into the US, so definitely some growing pains there, but really solid culture and attitudes within the org.
