What's the sales culture like?  What is the quota attainment like for the CSM team?  OTE for the CSM role?  Only 3 reviews of the company and very mixed...thanks!

I believe the answer before me comes from an AE, SAE 1 or SAE 2. As an SDR, I'd agree that the culture has taken a hit this year. 2023, every aspect of the sales org was top-notch, with many consistently overachieving quota by a large margin on the account executive side of the org. For instance, it was not uncommon for an AE to achieve 200-300% of quota in Q3 or Q4 of last year. This year has been a struggle due to aspects of change, which has seemed to turn around for some while others still seem to struggle.

I also cannot speak to the CSM team (or their quota attainment/ote)  but the "culture" is still above average in my opinion. That being said, no one on the Sales side has been fired for lack of quota achievement, or any other reason for that matter.

It may not come true, but I am hopeful that things will return to some semblance of what they were in 2023 this coming year. These are the growing pains of a start-up. Hell, even sales in general.
