The company has acquired startups throughout the years with very little focus on properly integrating culture, technology, and people. After acquiring there is little to no clarity on the way the product will be integrated with the parent company.
Leadership has stated they are aware of the lack of diversity in the leadership ranks of the company. Very little has been done about this. expect the issues to get worse because the executive team just doesn't seem to want to prioritize this.
Saving grace for this company is that the US healthcare providers desperately needs companies to partner with that can fill the void front line workers aren't trained to do.
