Overall, the experience has not met expectations. Compensation initially seemed attainable; however, after mass layoffs and leadership changes, the goalposts were moved when no one was hitting targets to begin with. While people here are kind and flexible, they set unrealistic targets. Inbound flow is directed to one individual. There is no clear leadership structure, making it difficult to get answers or proper training. Leadership expects you to hit the quota but does not demonstrate that it is achievable.

Great products, however management and executive teams are very disconnected from the rest of the company. Still navigating an international merger which causes the company to feel very disorganized at times.

Company I horrible to sales team and has unrealistic expectations. No time to ramp, expect to convert and make opportunities after 1 week without knowing the products. They have no clue what the market fit is and tells the reps to just “sell to anyone who will buy”. System is messy and management is manipulative and shaming.
