Overall, the experience has not met expectations. Compensation initially seemed attainable; however, after mass layoffs and leadership changes, the goalposts were moved when no one was hitting targets to begin with. While people here are kind and flexible, they set unrealistic targets. Inbound flow is directed to one individual. There is no clear leadership structure, making it difficult to get answers or proper training. Leadership expects you to hit the quota but does not demonstrate that it is achievable.

It's a great product market fit, competition in green-tech is mild. Good culture, great work life balance. Leadership is very solid.
