Find another Sales role, as you will not get paid here. They often RIF sales team right before important deals close, (has happened many, many times the past 3 years and is not a conicidence).

Former Employee2.1Nov 16, 2023Good Technology, but always have to fight executives including CRO and CFO to get paid full commissions. Very untrusting culture with lots of finger pointing, blaming and overall struggling a bit with culture. Nice training program but most SAM's do NOT stay more than a year or two.

Former Employee3.3Feb 27, 2024Great until they let go of half the company 45 days in. Turns out they do RIF's all the time... Leadership is pretty clueless and I think they are going to sell the company for parts.
