Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Great base pay and great individuals on the BDR team. Mid-level leadership is present and engaged while upper leadership is disconnected. There is a pervasive feeling of entitlement that comes from the account executives and sales leadership team. Which has led to an unwillingness to hold the AE team accountable. This has made it particularly difficult for BDRs to feel comfortable.
