A lot of people don't find success at Multiview as they're not willing to put in the work. If you work hard, you can make a lot of money. However, there are lot's of politics and internal affairs that make it difficult to want to stay for the long haul. Base pay is peanuts but very good commission and bonus structure.

Multiview provides a great opportunity to start entry level while getting full cycle sales experience, leaning how to close deals so early in my career has mad a big impact. The position in the market also makes it easy to pitch with value to prospective clients.

Good starting job but not a long term career. Cold calls everyday, sit at your desk, get two 15 minute breaks, 1 hour lunch break. Terrible
