Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience is positive! I think this a great entry level role to learn the basics of selling. The training they provide is great and you feel constantly supported by your teammates and management.
With that being said, you're going to have to work extremely hard to hit quotas here. Average quota is ~ 10 booked and occurred meetings a month with some fluctuation depending on industry and client. Little to no inbound leads given.
The base salary is $42,500 for the first few months then when you hit 9 months tenure it moves to $50,000 and moves to $60,000 when you hit 12 months. Each month you hit quota you receive $500 as a bonus and you keep a running bank that adds $1,000 dollars for each attainment to be paid out out at 15 months tenure. ( EX: 8 months quota attainment = $8,000 paid at 15 months)
Opportunity to advance within memoryBlue is huge. If you show up and continue to hit quotas they'll consider you for advancement within a year.
Conclusion - I'd work here again. The people are great and you have a good opportunity to grow/learn with some minor flaws throughout the organization. Browse Other Reviews
