During Covid maxim healthcare was a great place to work because the need for travel nurses was high. As it continued to drop, there was not incentive and or change in structure on how recruiters would be paid. Compensation is very low

Maxim Staffing is a great company and great for entry level. However the base salary is very low compared to others, and on top of that, the commission structure is very volatile and dependent on other people and not fully on the work you put in.
