mParticle is in an overly saturated market that does one thing well but offers nothing else. It’s an expensive product, the pricing model is a mess, there is no central goal, and it truly embodies all of the horrible cliches you hear about start ups, while not really being a start up because the company is about 11 years old. It’s currently losing its largest customers left and right while hiring at shockingly high base salaries. The people are GREAT but I would not give this place a second look if I knew what I know now.

Avoid at all possible costs. Terrible management and culture. CEO is a nut, will berate employees in front of a group. Worst place to work.
