My overall experience was not great. Management is horrible. No defined leadership with majority of reps not hitting quota. You are underpaid for the work load. I had 7 different managers in my 2.5years here. Wouldn’t recommend working here!

Luxury presence is a great company to work for. We have amazing leadership across the board. Our product is definitely the best fit for real estate agents. They provide great training and after your fully ramped everyone is always willing to help out.

Working at Luxury Presence was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. I spent 2 1/2 years there as a top performer but saw inconsistent leadership, having 5-6 different managers during my time.
